A specialized program designed to improve a player’s explosiveness, quickness, and movement efficiency on the field. This program focuses on developing athletic performance that directly translates into game situations helping players move faster, react quicker, and compete at a
higher level.
Private sessions or a 6 week program, 1 session per week (group format). Start dates are defined based on group formation
