Cancellation Policy

Registration is required to secure a spot, and full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the program are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Premier Touch Academy program, subject to availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows. In the event that Premier Touch Academy cancels a session due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants may choose between a rescheduled session, account credit toward a future program, or a full refund.
